The role entails oversight of a portfolio of investment holding structures and close interaction with internal teams, external service providers, and other global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage/ oversee the administration of a portfolio of externally administered SPVs and investment holding structures, working closely with external administrators and service providers
- Coordinate accounting, financial reporting, audit, and operational deliverables across multiple jurisdictions
- Review financial statements, reporting packages, and related supporting documentation
- Monitor service provider performance and follow up on deliverables and deadlines
- Support governance processes, including board meetings, approvals, statutory filings, and corporate documentation
- Act as a key contact point for internal teams, auditors, external administrators, and other stakeholders
- Assist in resolving operational, accounting, and administrative issues relating to the entity portfolio
- Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and the strengthening of internal controls and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar; CPA preferred
- 6+ years of relevant experience in financial services, corporate administration, accounting or audit.
- Solid experience in financial reporting, entity administration, and coordination with external service providers
- Good understanding of corporate governance, statutory requirements, and multi-jurisdictional structures
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and reliable professional with a hands-on approach and a continuous improvement mindset
