Responsibilities
Systems Administration & User Support
- Administer inventory-related applications and business systems, including both trade and non-trade systems
- Support user registration and access administration
- Resolve user access issues and coordinate system-related concerns
- Provide first-level support for inventory system users
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Document new business processes and workflow improvements
- Prepare operational memoranda and implementation guidelines
- Recommend process enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls
Training & Capability Building
- Conduct inventory process training for Operations
- Support implementation of new systems, policies, and procedures
- Develop training materials, user guides, and reference documents
- Assist users during process and system transitions
Audit & Compliance
- Perform post-audit reviews of inventory adjustments
- Monitor compliance with inventory policies and internal controls
- Ensure consistency and integrity of inventory processes across the organization
- Coordinate with Operations to resolve compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
