This is afully remote position, providing a unique opportunity to collaborate with a high-performance U.S. team, work on advanced enterprise environments, and lead the way in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Windows Server technologies.
We are looking for someone who combinesdeep technical expertisewith agrowth mindsetand strong communication skills. You will serve as the internal expert on Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, supporting and mentoring our team of engineers.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance ofAzure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot, Windows Server,Active Directory, andGroup Policyinfrastructure across client environments.
- Serve as oursubject-matter expert for Microsoft Intune and Autopilotconfiguring, troubleshooting, and optimizing endpoint management and provisioning.
- Train and mentor U.S.-based engineers on best practices in Intune and Autopilot, through hands-on sessions, documentation, and one-on-one coaching.
- Troubleshoot complex issues escalated by technicians, ensuring timely and accurate resolution with clear communication.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), system documentation, and technical guides for internal use.
- Collaborate with the leadership and technical team to identify process improvements and proactively resolve performance or security gaps.
- Manage IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts in coordination with U.S. teams.
- Uphold Computerbilities strong culture and Core Values in daily work, both technically and professionally.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of experiencesupporting and managing Intune and Autopilot, Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects.
- Hands-on experience and certificationsin Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. You must be able to serve as the company's in-house expert.
- Excellent spoken and writtenEnglish communication skills. Aneutral, British, or American accentis preferred.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and training skillsyou enjoy teaching and mentoring others.
- Agrowth mindset, with a desire to constantly improve yourself and your team.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setup.
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence in every task.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as:
oMS 101 Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Associate
oMD 102 - Endpoint Administrator (Microsoft Intune)
oMicrosoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
oMicrosoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
- PowerShell scripting or automation experience for system and endpoint management.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure and Azure AD integrations.
