GECO Asia is Hiring: Senior Integration Developer (BizTalk)
We are looking for a Senior Integration Developer (BizTalk) with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft BizTalk Server to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both development and support environments, takes ownership of systems, and enjoys solving complex integration challenges.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, and support BizTalk integrations and interfaces
- Take full ownership of development, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities
- Perform deep root cause analysis and resolve complex issues end-to-end
- Monitor system performance and ensure stability of integrations
- Support incident resolution and implement long-term fixes
- Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements
- Conduct unit testing and ensure solution quality
- Apply security best practices across integrations and services
- Document technical designs, processes, and enhancements
- Identify improvements and proactively optimize system performance
Key Skills & Experience- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (2016/2020)
- Expertise in:
- Orchestrations, Pipelines
- Schemas (XSD), Maps (BTM)
- Adapters and Receive/Send Ports
- Experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
- Strong knowledge of:
- XML, XSLT, XPath, EDI
- Web services (SOAP, REST, WCF)
- Experience with adapter integrations (WCF-SQL, FILE, HTTP, SOAP)
- Working knowledge of C# (.NET) (PowerShell is a plus)
- Solid experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures)
- Familiarity with:
- Windows Server environments
- Azure DevOps / TFS, Git
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
What We're Looking For- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft BizTalk Server
- At least 5 years of experience in software development or application support
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
