JOB SCOPE:
- Responsible for leading the implementation and oversight of all pest and disease control strategies on the golf course, including turf, landscape, and ornamental areas.
- Ensures that pest management practices are environmentally sustainable, compliant with regulatory standards and aligned with the course's overall maintenance plan.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Turf Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A valid pesticide applicator's license or equivalent is required.
- Certification in IPM, turfgrass management, or similar credentials is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of turfgrass pests, diseases, and treatment methods.
- Familiarity with pest monitoring tools, equipment calibration, and recordkeeping systems.
