As an Instructional Designer, you'll partner across the organization to create highly effective learning solutions using sound instructional design and adult learning principles. You will work in a fast-paced environment that demands high quality and creativity.
What you'll Do
- Communicate with leaders across Adobe to analyze and understand enablement needs, and design curriculum to meet those needs
- Design, develop and maintain on-demand enablement, including but not limited to eLearning, labs, job aids, assessments
- Lead complex training development projects independently and with minimal guidance
- Ensure content quality as it relates to effective learning design, consistency, accuracy, instructional language, and relevance to audience requirements
What you need to succeed
- 3-plus-years of instructional design experience in software and/or sales. Masters / Bachelors / Certification in instructional design a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of instructional methodologies, strategies, processes and standards.
- Proficient in e-learning development tools, preferably Articulate Rise and Storyline, and Adobe Captivate.
- Understanding of SCORM and experience with learning management systems
- Excellent consultancy skills to engage with individuals cross-organizationally
- Ability to work in and coordinate with multicultural and virtual teams.
- Strong verbal communication, listening, writing and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of international English and content development standards.
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Desirable: Basic understanding of digital marketing, sales principles and methodologies, and/ or cloud-based services. Adobe creative tools skills.
