At ClearDesk, we're looking for a Senior Instructional Designer who is equal parts architect and builder. The Role: Senior Instructional Designer
Imagine joining a team where your expertise in learning systems becomes the foundation for how an entire organization grows. At ClearDesk, our Remote Team Members and Core Team come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique talents. What they need is a structured, scalable learning architecture — and you're the person who will build it.
As a Senior Instructional Designer, you won't just create content. You'll design the frameworks, pathways, and governance systems that ensure knowledge is transferred, applied, and continuously improved. In the first phase of this role, your focus will be heavily on the build: conducting training needs analyses, auditing and optimizing our LMS, standardizing learning frameworks, and developing high-quality content from scratch.
Over time, as those foundations are in place, you'll also contribute to facilitation, leadership coaching, and workshops for our TSMs and managers. Your impact will be felt across every level of the organization — from new hire onboarding to senior leadership development.
