Senior Instructional Design and Learning Experience Developer
Location: Mandaluyong
Contract Duration: 1 year (Extendable)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (onsite 3 days per week)
Role Overview
We are seeking a senior learning professional to design, develop, publish, and continuously improve digital learning experiences that support Digital Agenda 2030 and enterprise transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will transform complex business and technical content into engaging, accessible, and measurable learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs analysis and identify learning objectives.
- Design instructional strategies using adult learning principles.
- Develop eLearning courses, simulations, videos, microlearning, and blended learning programs.
- Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator guides, learner guides, and job aids.
- Publish and maintain learning content in Cornerstone LMS or similar platforms.
- Ensure learning materials meet accessibility, usability, branding, and quality standards.
- Monitor learner feedback and learning analytics to improve training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, change managers, communications teams, and LMS administrators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning & Development, Multimedia Arts, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in instructional design or digital learning.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Articulate 360
- Adobe Captivate
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Office
- Cornerstone LMS or similar LMS
- Experience developing SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning principles, accessibility, and learning quality assurance.
- Demonstrated portfolio of eLearning modules, storyboards, videos, simulations, and other learning assets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in:
- Digital transformation and change management initiatives.
- LMS support and troubleshooting.
- Working in multicultural environments.
- Familiarity with company's business processes is an advantage.
