Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to drive business development and pipeline generation across our service portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B inside sales, with demonstrated success engaging enterprise clients and positioning complex service offerings.
While this role will support eClerx's broader portfolio—including Financial Markets, Digital, Technology & Analytics, and Customer Operations—our preference is for candidates with prior Inside Sales experience within the Financial Markets domain. The successful candidate should possess the commercial acumen and learning agility to expand their expertise across our broader service offerings over time.
This role will be based in Manila, Philippines, supporting primarily North American and European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound business development initiatives to generate qualified sales opportunities across target accounts.
- Identify, research, and engage prospective enterprise clients through multiple outreach channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Understand client business challenges and position relevant eClerx solutions across Financial Markets, Digital, Technology & Analytics, and Customer Operations.
- Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Qualify opportunities through discovery conversations and effectively transition qualified leads to the appropriate sales stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop compelling client messaging and value propositions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and activity records within CRM systems.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments within Financial Services and adjacent industries.
- Consistently achieve pipeline generation, meeting, and opportunity creation targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Enterprise Sales preferrably with US market experience in the financial markets domain
- Proven experience selling or positioning services within the Financial Markets sector.
- Experience engaging enterprise clients in North America and/or Europe.
- Strong consultative selling, prospecting, and opportunity qualification skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex service offerings and business solutions.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Business Process Services (BPS), BPM, KPO, Analytics, Technology Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation solutions.
- Familiarity with Financial Markets operations, including Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Risk, Compliance, Market Data, or Post-Trade Operations.
- Experience working within global or multinational organizations.
- Exposure to account-based selling methodologies and consultative sales frameworks.
