SENIOR INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECTJob Summary

The Senior Infrastructure Architect is responsible for defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, standards, and target-state architecture for the Bank's infrastructure platforms and services. The role provides technical leadership in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business objectives, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive infrastructure architecture strategies, standards, roadmaps, and target-state blueprints to support current and future business and technology objectives
• Design, review, and govern infrastructure solutions to ensure scalability, security, reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance with architecture standards and governance requirements
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Application Architects, Security Architects, project teams, and business stakeholders to align infrastructure initiatives with enterprise architecture and strategic business goals
• Assess existing infrastructure environments, identify technology gaps and opportunities for improvement, and recommend modernization and transformation initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including solution reviews, governance activities, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and technology lifecycle management
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced studies are an advantage
• At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, infrastructure strategy, and enterprise infrastructure design within complex technology environments
• At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, large-scale technology initiatives, and stakeholder engagements
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture, systems architecture, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), ITIL practices, and infrastructure modernization strategies
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and infrastructure transformation initiatives across the organization
