Job Title: Senior IT Manager

Job Summary
The Senior IT Manager is responsible for leading IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery in a BPO and global IT services environment. This role ensures stable, secure, and scalable IT systems that support business operations and client requirements. The Senior IT Manager partners with senior leadership, regional teams, and vendors to align IT strategy with business goals while maintaining operational excellence in a full onsite setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery
- Oversee IT support teams to ensure high availability and system uptime, supporting BPO operations
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and governance
- Ensure compliance with information security, data privacy, and regulatory standards
- Manage incident, problem, change, and asset management (ITIL-based)
- Coordinate with vendors and thirdparty service providers
- Support client-facing operations and business continuity requirements
- Collaborate with global or regional IT teams for multi-country support
- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage IT budgets, risk assessments, and executive reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership or management within a BPO, IT services, or shared services environment
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, applications, service desk, and operations
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, information security, and disaster recovery
- Experience managing onsite IT teams and enterprise systems
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
