Role Description The Senior Information Technology Business Analyst is a contract, on-site role based in Muntinlupa City. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and translating them into effective IT solutions. Daily activities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, conducting detailed process mapping, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The analyst will work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated, support testing and validation of solutions, and assist in change management and user training. The role also involves preparing reports, presentations, and documentation that support decision-making and project delivery.

• Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and manage stakeholder needs and project objectives.
• Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and optimize workflows and operational procedures.
• Candidates should possess Information Technology skills to understand system capabilities, integrations, and technical constraints in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead business analyst role, preferably within complex IT projects or enterprise systems implementations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Muntinlupa City, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within agreed timelines and quality standards.
