Why This Role Is Important to Us
SimCorp's software development and business continue to grow year over year, and we would like you to become part of this exciting journey by strengthening our Group Information Security team. The Information Security team governs security and IT compliance across all SimCorp systems, services, and global market units in Europe, North America, and Asia.
The Group Information Security team consists of 12 specialists across the globe, and this position will be based in Manila, Philippines.

The Group Information Security team consists of 12 specialists across the globe, and this position will be based in Manila, Philippines.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Identify areas for improvement and guide teams on implementing recommendations.
- Contribute to internal audit remediation activities.
- Support SOC/ISAE audit processes, including engagement with external auditors and regulators.
- Review and monitor supplier compliance reports, ensuring teams implement necessary supplier requirements.
- Conduct compliance checks to verify adherence to established processes.
- Communicate risks, findings, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
What We Value
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in information security and compliance—for example, as a consultant in an audit, assurance, or security testing firm, or within an internal compliance function in a larger organization.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., SOC/ISAE, NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
- Security or compliance certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or similar are an advantage.
- Experience in executing and supporting compliance audits such as SOC/ISAE reports.
- Experience in performing testing and evaluating internal controls.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and support teams in implementing robust processes and controls.
- Understanding of security aspects of modern cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive tasks to completion.
- Have analytical and sceptical mindset.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Amenable to work on flexible EMEA time schedule and 2x RTO in office
