Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform independent reviews of disaster recovery (DR) tests, validating evidence and identifying gaps or risks
  • Document findings, observations, and conclusions accurately in centralized tracking tools
  • Support intake, prioritization, and tracking of DR activities requiring CoE oversight
  • Monitor and follow through on remediation actions and corrective action plans (CAPs) with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with DR, IRM, and business teams to gather information and communicate expectations and findings
  • Contribute to reporting, metrics, and process improvements, ensuring alignment with CoE SOPs, SLAs, and governance standards

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Information Risk Management, with strong hands-on exposure to Disaster Recovery (DR) risks, controls, and testing
  • Solid understanding of DR concepts, testing methodologies, and IT infrastructure/application recovery
  • Familiar with risk and operational tools such as RCSA, incident management, loss tracking, and root cause analysis
  • Proficient in MS Office experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, able to work with minimal supervision

  • Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
  • Certified Business Resilience IT Professional (CBRITP)
  • CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC
