What You'll Do:

The Influencer Marketing Supervisor/Manager will lead influencer and celebrity partnerships to support brand campaigns and growth. This role focuses on building strong relationships with agencies and management teams, handling negotiations and contracts, and ensuring smooth execution of collaborations from onboarding to campaign launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain direct connections with influencer and celebrity agencies or management teams
• Handle partnership inquiries, quotation requests, and commercial negotiations
• Negotiate rates and contractual terms to ensure cost efficiency
• Manage contract signing and coordination of collaboration details
• Follow up on execution timelines to ensure smooth campaign launch

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• At least 4-5 years experience in business development or influencer/celebrity partnership
• Must have contacts with influencer or celebrity agencies/management teams
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Outgoing, persuasive, quick-thinking, and energetic
• Excellent English communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
