Job Summary
As a Senior Industry Principal, you provide domain expertise in talent intelligence for the Philippine market. You support sales through solution consulting, lead implementation engagements, and contribute to thought leadership.
Core Mandate: Domain Expertise & Client Success
- Solution Consulting: Support sales with demonstrations and expertise
- Implementation: Lead client implementations
- Value Realization: Help clients achieve success metrics
- Market Knowledge: Philippines HR market expertise
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
- Develop business cases and ROI models
- Lead implementation engagements
- Provide ongoing advisory to clients
- Coordinate with Implementation Consultant (PH)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
- At least 2 years of consulting experience, preferably in change management or HR consulting
- Strong understanding of talent intelligence, workforce trends, or HR practices is an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to support client engagements, solution consulting, and implementation initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
