Now, we need someone eager to share our Feed Back solution across the Philippines and the Global South, and transform a million lives in the next 2 years.

As ARK's Sr Impact Analyst, you will

• lead a team of impact analysts to guide rural communities in tracking and achieving their desired impact in ARK's flagship program, Feed Back
• 
  
• be part of the core team that manages the program's impact database, designs program metrics, and audits program finances
• 
  
• manage the community's data auditors to ensure the timely and accurate collection of data
• 
  
• oversee development of spreadsheets and financial models (e.g., monitoring trends and performance, strategizing for community targets, automation of processes), and merging the insights from the numbers and the stories in the fields
• 
  
• conduct advanced analysis (trends, performance benchmarks, community comparisons) and translate findings into actionable insights.

• engage with a spectrum of people, as you work with barangay captains, mayors, officials, community leaders, farmers, fisherfolk--plus ARK's own global network from Manila to NYC who will help you grow and further your dreams

You are fit for this role if you

• are organized, independent, and love to get things done. Your friends and family count on you for itineraries and bill payments. You are the designated Excel/spreadsheet person.

• have around 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience, any industry; must be super awesome if less--what we value is having demonstrated the clear ability to: design and manage spreadsheets and large data sets; conduct critical analysis, delve into storytelling, and understand clearly logic models and metrics

Bonus points if you

• have skills in any of the following: accounting & auditing experience; survey design & tools; financial modeling; background in behavioral science and/or impact evaluation

• are fluent in Bisaya or other local languages; better-than-okay Tagalog
