Role Description The Senior Human Resources Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, Philippines. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies aligned with company objectives and local labor regulations. The Senior Human Resources Officer manages employee relations, supports performance management processes, and handles recruitment activities such as drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. The role also involves supporting onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, coordinating training and development initiatives, and advising leadership on HR best practices to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. The Senior Human Resources Officer collaborates closely with management and team leaders to ensure HR practices support business growth and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in end-to-end HR operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Job Description Development, including creating and updating policies, procedures, and role profiles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to manage conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and workplace culture.
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations, and experience ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within real estate or professional services organizations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
