Senior Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Ability to design HR systems and processes aligned with company growth plans
• Strong personality and leadership presence; role model for the team
• Understand and improve upon current HR processes, payroll system, and organizational structure; assess team dynamics
• Implement improvements in HR operations, including recruitment, compliance, and cultural integration
• Recommend and roll out HR systems (including payroll software), stabilize HR team structure, and organizational changes
• Strong technical expertise in HR, local laws and regulations, recruitment, payroll, and compensation & benefits strategy
• Assertive, charismatic leader with the ability to handle a tough team and act as a true business partner
