About the job:
1. Salary Structure & Compensation Framework
Experience creating and maintaining a clear and competitive salary structure
Familiar with market benchmarking and internal equity reviews
Able to establish job leveling, salary bands, and consistent compensation guidelines
2. Performance Evaluation & Management
Experience designing and implementing performance appraisal systems
Can help develop KPIs, scorecards, and competency-based evaluation tools
Ensures evaluations are measurable, fair, and aligned across departments
3. Developing & Improving Employee Benefits & Total Rewards
Able to review and enhance current benefit programs, both statutory and non-statutory
Hands-on experience handling HMO, insurance, leave benefits, allowances, and incentives
Can recommend and implement benefits that support retention and employee well-being
4. Recruitment Strategy & Assessment Tools
Strong background in end-to-end recruitment
Able to design or administer skills, behavioral, and aptitude assessments
Can help strengthen our hiring process to ensure we bring in the right people
5. Succession Planning & Talent Development
Experience creating succession plans for key positions
Able to identify highpotential employees and map out development paths
Can recommend training and programs that support growth and continuity
