Job Description

CLIENT: Anon-unionized multinational manufacturing company

POSITION:Senior Human Resources Manager (Employee Relations) / Employee Relations Manager / Senior HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

JOB LOCATION: Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu

WORK SCHEDULE: 5 days a week (full-time, onsite)

ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Full-Time/Permanent

JOB SUMMARY: The SR. HR MANAGER (employee relations) / EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGER / SR. HR BUSINESS PARTNER (employee relations) will lead and drive all ER strategies and initiatives for the manufacturing plant's operations. This role ensures a fair, compliant, and engaging work environment by managing labor relations, handling complex employee cases, and advising leadership on ER matters. The position plays a key role in fostering a positive culture, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong relationships between employees, management, and unions within a manufacturing setting. He/She is also expected to perform othe HR functions as the company requires.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must have at least (10) years of HR experience with strong focus on Employee Relations ; (5) years of which is in a management role
  • Must have extensive experience handling labor relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience in conducting investigations and managing complex ER cases
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be fluent in the Bisaya/Cebuano dialect
  • Must be willing to work full-time and onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
