Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration
- Manage health, retirement, wellness, and ancillary benefit programs
- Lead open enrollment and new hire benefits onboarding
- Serve as SME for employee benefits inquiries and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate benefits records, audits, ACA filings, and compliance
- Develop benefits communications, resources, and reports
Leave & Accommodations
- Administer FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, paid and unpaid leaves
- Partner with payroll and third-party administrators to ensure accurate tracking
- Manage accommodation cases and return-to-work processes
- Ensure compliant documentation, audits, and employee support
General HR Operations
- Manage high-volume, deadline-driven work in a fast-paced environment
- Improve benefits and leave workflows, documentation, and system processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of US benefits and leave administration experience
- Strong knowledge of US benefits, FMLA, ADA, ACA, and compliance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel preferred
