Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is a New York-based law firm with an established reputation in securities litigation and shareholder advocacy. As part of its continued growth, the firm is building its operations presence in Cebu, Philippines to support its expanding global business. About the Role

Some HR roles are heavily administrative. Some are purely strategic. This role sits right in the middle of the action. We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can operate as both a strong HR Generalist and a reliable people leader. Someone who can manage real-world HR operations, guide junior team members, partner with business leaders, and still stay sharp on execution details that keep the business running smoothly. You'll oversee core HR operations across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, employee relations, and stakeholder support in a fast-moving 24/7 environment. This is not a role for someone who wants to stay in a narrow HR lane. You'll be exposed to Talent Acquisition, HRBP work, operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, leadership coaching, and process improvement all at the same time.

Responsibilities

  • You'll lead day-to-day HR operations from hiring to exit while ensuring processes stay compliant, organized, and efficient.
  • You'll partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders to support recruitment, employee concerns, performance discussions, and people decisions.
  • You'll validate payroll inputs, coordinate with Finance and vendors, and help resolve payroll-related concerns before they become bigger issues.
  • You'll coach and guide HR Generalists, Recruiters, and HR Officers to improve consistency, service quality, and execution standards.
  • You'll also help improve how HR works by identifying process gaps, supporting HR projects, and helping strengthen HRIS usage and data accuracy.

Qualifications

You have around 5–8 years of HR experience with exposure across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HRBP work, and payroll coordination.

Required Skills

  • You understand labor laws, know how to deal with employee concerns professionally, and can work with different personalities without losing structure or control.
  • You're organized, responsive, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a high-accountability environment.
  • Experience supporting BPO, shared services, or night-shift operations is a strong advantage.

Pay range and compensation package

PHP 50,000–60,000 monthly salary package

PHP 500 daily commute allowance
