Position Overview
Pherrus Financial Services is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused Senior Human Resources Coordinator to support and strengthen our growing workforce across Australia, Fiji, the Philippines, and India.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of recruitment, employee engagement, workforce coordination, onboarding, reporting, and project management. The successful candidate will act as a key support person to leadership, ensuring that recruitment, staff development, performance reviews, and people-related initiatives are effectively coordinated and completed on time.
The role is not a traditional HR administration position. It is focused on driving outcomes, accountability, follow-up, and workforce support across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across all business locations.
- Prepare and post job advertisements.
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with candidate selection processes.
- Support workforce planning by identifying future recruitment requirements.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Coordinate onboarding for all new employees.
- Ensure employment documentation is completed accurately.
- Schedule induction and training activities.
- Track probation reviews and onboarding milestones.
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Performance & Workforce Coordination
- Monitor performance review schedules and ensure completion.
- Follow up managers regarding outstanding reviews and action items.
- Maintain staff performance records and tracking registers.
- Assist leaders with workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor staffing requirements and capacity issues.
Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training attendance and compliance records.
- Monitor professional development requirements.
- Support implementation of learning and development initiatives.
HR Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly workforce reports.
- Track employee turnover, absenteeism, leave, and recruitment metrics.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Assist with HR process improvements and automation projects.
- Support policy implementation and compliance requirements.
Leadership Support & Follow-Up
- Track outstanding HR actions and management follow-ups.
- Monitor completion of onboarding, training, reviews, and recruitment tasks.
- Prepare workforce dashboards and leadership reports.
- Escalate staffing risks, recruitment delays, and workforce concerns when required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Recruitment
- Vacancies progressed within agreed timeframes.
- Recruitment pipeline maintained for critical roles.
- Candidate response times within established standards.
Onboarding
- 100% onboarding completion for new employees.
- Probation reviews completed on schedule.
Performance Management
- 100% tracking of review due dates.
- Monthly reporting delivered accurately and on time.
Reporting
- Weekly workforce report delivered each Monday.
- HR data maintained with high accuracy.
Workforce Coordination
- Outstanding HR actions followed up and resolved.
- Staffing and workforce risks identified proactively.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred
- Experience supporting remote or international teams.
- Experience in professional services, business services, outsourcing, BPO, or corporate environments.
- Experience using HRIS or HRMS systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Forms, and Excel.
- Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding at scale.

Salary Range
PHP 50,000 - PHP 90,000 per month
