Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned, strategic Senior HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our Executive Committee members and functional leadership teams. This role is built for a proactive leader who excels in complex industrial settings, can champion culture shifts, and offers expert executive-level guidance on talent strategy, employee relations, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as a key strategic partner to the ExCo/Functional Heads and functional leadership, aligning overarching business goals with forward-thinking people strategies to drive operational excellence.
  • Acts as a high-level consultant to executive management on org design, talent mapping, and corporate policy decisions.
  • Directs overall employee and labor relations strategies, overseeing grievance resolution frameworks and fostering a balanced, collaborative, and productive workplace climate.
  • Collaborates with functional leaders to design and implement culture-building initiatives that promote high performance, boost morale, and drive long-term retention.
  • Architect and oversee comprehensive strategies for talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning to ensure long-term organizational readiness.
  • Oversees performance management frameworks, ensuring talent development and calibration are directly linked to corporate strategic milestones.
  • Drives the efficient delivery of HR services, refining organizational processes to support fast-moving operational requirements

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, or Business Management.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of comprehensive HR experience, with a proven track record in strategic HR advisory, Recruitment, L&D, Performance Management, and Succession Planning
  • Strong background and deep experience in Labor & Employee Relations within complex environments.
  • Minimum of 8 years in a supervisory or management capacity within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Executive Presence: Proven ability to influence, coach, and collaborate effectively with C-suite and Executive Committee members
  • Leadership: Self-directed professional with the maturity to operate independently and the drive to lead large-scale organizational change
