We are seeking a seasoned, strategic Senior HR Business Partner for our Bulacan Plant to serve as a critical advisor to our plant leadership team. This role is designed for a proactive leader who can navigate complex industrial environments, drive culture transformation, and provide expert counsel on labor relations and organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Plant Partnership: Acts as a key member of the plant leadership team, translating business objectives into effective people strategies and providing high-level recommendations that impact operational success.
- Labor & Employee Relations Leadership: Leads and manages all labor relations activities, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance handling, and the maintenance of a stable industrial relations climate.
- Expert Advisor & Decision Maker: Serves as a trusted consultant to management on complex people matters; empowered to make critical decisions and provide evidence-based recommendations on organizational design and policy.
- Culture & Engagement Strategy: Partners with plant leaders to drive culture turnaround initiatives, fostering a high-performance environment and implementing engagement programs that improve retention and morale.
- End-to-End Talent Strategy: Consults with plant leaders to design and execute talent acquisition, learning and development, and succession planning strategies that build long-term technical and leadership capabilities.
- Performance Management Excellence: Leads the implementation of performance management frameworks, ensuring talent calibration and development plans align with the plant's strategic targets.
- Service Delivery Optimization: Ensures the timely and efficient delivery of all HR services, continuously improving processes to support the plant's dynamic operational needs.
Requirements:
- Education: College graduate, preferably in Behavioural Science, Industrial Psychology, or Business Management.
- Experience: At least seven (15) years of comprehensive HR experience, with a proven track record in Recruitment, L&D, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.
- Specialized Expertise: Demonstrated strength and deep experience in Labor & Employee Relations (including CBA negotiations) is essential.
- Leadership: At least three (5) years of experience in a supervisory or management function within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Attributes: Must be a plug-and-play professional with the maturity to operate independently and the drive to lead organizational change.
