Job Description

The HRBP plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals while ensuring smooth workforce operations. Their role typically includes:

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Drive workforce planning to support company growth and market demands.
  • Lead talent management and succession planning for key roles.

2. Talent Acquisition & Retention

  • Work with hiring managers to ensure the right talent acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee employer branding efforts to attract top talent in the food consumer sector.
  • Develop and implement retention programs, especially for critical roles.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Foster a strong company culture that aligns with brand values.
  • Implement employee engagement programs to improve morale and productivity.
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives are in place.

4. Performance Management & Development

  • Drive performance appraisal processes and ensure continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Implement training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Support leadership development for key managers and teams.

5. Labor Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Manage employee relations, disputes, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with legal teams on labor issues and risk mitigation.

6. Compensation & Benefits Strategy

  • Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits to retain talent.
  • Work with finance teams on budgeting for compensation programs.
  • Oversee rewards and recognition programs.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Use HR data to drive decision-making on workforce trends and HR metrics.
  • Provide insights on turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
