Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The role drives initiatives in organizational development (OD), talent management, workforce planning, and performance improvement to foster a high-performing culture. This position requires a strong capability in diagnosing organizational issues, mapping job roles, and executing strategic people solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business strategy. Drive workforce planning and organizational design aligned with company growth.
- Provide data-driven insights on people trends to inform decision-making.
Organizational Development & Effectiveness
- Lead org structure reviews, diagnosis, and redesign based on business needs.
- Conduct organizational assessments and recommend OD interventions.
- Develop and execute change management strategies during restructures or transitions.
Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Lead the Talent Review process and implement succession planning frameworks.
- Identify high-potential employees and collaborate on development plans.
- Partner with L&D for career pathing and competency development initiatives.
Job Mapping & Job Architecture
- Facilitate job mapping across functions and ensure alignment to job leveling framework.
- Maintain updated job descriptions and support role clarity across teams.
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits for job evaluation and benchmarking.
Performance & Culture
- Support the performance management process, ensuring alignment to business goals.
- Coach leaders on goal setting, feedback, and performance conversations.
- Promote a values-based culture through engagement and recognition programs.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Master's degree or OD certification is a plus
Experience:
- At least 7–10 years of progressive HR experience
- 3–5 years in an HRBP, OD, or strategic HR role
- Strong background in organizational effectiveness, performance management, and talent development
- Hands-on experience in job mapping, workforce analytics, and strategic planning.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of organizational behavior and systems thinking.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR metrics and dashboards.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, or multi-site environment.
