As an HRBP Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent landscape within the Internal Firm Services practice. You will focus on finding, deploying, training, and enabling talent through strategic talent identification and enhancing employee skills and knowledge. Your efforts will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees in line with market developments and firm strategy.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, working collaboratively to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to organizational success.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive talent support for leaders and guidance for employees, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Your work will play a crucial role in improving employee retention, development, and performance, making a significant impact on the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Leading talent identification and development initiatives to align with firm strategy and market trends
  • Strategizing and implementing employee engagement and retention programs to enhance performance and growth
  • Collaborating with subject matter specialists to design and deliver training programs that foster continuous learning
  • Applying analytical thinking to assess and improve organizational effectiveness and employee relations
  • Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic human resource planning
  • Utilizing change management techniques to drive successful talent management and succession planning
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support strategic human resource planning
  • Coaching and providing feedback to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
  • Validating outcomes of talent strategies and acting on feedback to optimize employee performance management

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent field
  • At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Proven experience advising senior leaders and driving people initiatives that impact engagement, performance, and retention
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills - able to translate data into actionable insights
