About this Position Working within the dynamic HR Payroll team, your role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of end-to-end payroll processes for Henkel. You will have the chance to leverage your expertise in payroll processing while actively participating in cross-functional collaborations and driving impactful changes within the organization.

What Youll Do

  • Support Henkel end-to-end Asia Pacific payroll process from executing payroll system, reconciliation, and validation, locking and unlocking system, sending for approval and authorization, preparing bank file and post payroll reports
  • Support the process transition and implementation during User Acceptance Testing, Parallel Testing, System Configuration, troubleshooting and documentation
  • Prepare and review government reports and payments
  • Address internal and external audit; Coordinate with country Local HR and Finance teams regarding payroll concerns
  • Prepare process documentation including workflows and job-aides

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience in International Payroll; with expertise in Australia and New Zealand process obtained from a multinational or shared service working environment
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel is required; Simple automation experience using Macro and VBA is highly preferred
  • Knowledge in Dayforce and Workday or SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledge in creating process documentation and updating desktop procedure and job aids is needed; Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), parallel testing, and implementing project go-live is an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language, with keenness to details, time management, and collaboration skills
  • Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
