Senior HR Officer

Pixel Mafia is a 3D Art Service Studio focused on creating high-end art for blockbuster video games by some of the largest publishers in the world.

As the Senior HR Officer, you'll help shape initiatives that make every stage of the employee journey from onboarding, engagement, performance, and growth. Your work will contribute to keeping our studio a great place to create art for AAA games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Management – Support the coordination and rollout of the annual performance and probationary evaluation processes. Maintain the performance management system, assist in tracking performance trends, and collaborate with managers to support employee development.
• Employee Feedback & Satisfaction – Administer employee feedback channels such as onboarding and exit surveys, and help summarize insights to guide improvement efforts.
• Training Coordination – Assist in organizing and implementing internal and external training and development programs that encourage continuous learning and skill growth across the studio.
• Onboarding – Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating orientation sessions, preparing welcome materials, and ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
• Employee Engagement – Coordinate and help execute engagement activities, studio events, and recognition programs that boost morale and camaraderie.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) – Participate in supporting and implementing DEI activities and awareness campaigns that promote inclusivity in the workplace.
• Culture & Values – Help roll out culture-building initiatives that strengthen Pixel Mafia's values, promote collaboration, and enhance a sense of belonging.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, employee onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, or related fields
• Able to navigate a wide range of workplace scenarios while effectively dealing with people under pressure, maintaining a warm yet professional approach
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with sensitive information discreetly and professionally
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working with HR systems, survey tools, and basic data analysis (interest in video games is a plus, but not required)
