Lead and continuously improve HR operations, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and internal policies while driving process efficiency
Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and capturing insights for improvement
Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational standards
Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll, benefits, and employee welfare programs
Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, including handling disciplinary cases, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner
Manage and optimize compensation and benefits frameworks to remain competitive and aligned with business needs
Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce challenges, provide HR guidance, and strengthen overall organizational effectiveness
Drive the full recruitment process, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring quality hiring and a strong candidate experience
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Solid understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and operational best practices
Proven ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
