Job Summary
The Senior HR Manager – Business Partnership is responsible for delivering strategic HR support to business units by aligning people initiatives with operational and business objectives. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leadership teams while driving talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR advisor to department heads and senior leaders
- Manage end-to-end employee relations and performance management processes
- Develop and implement HR programs that improve productivity and engagement
- Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives
- Lead workforce planning and talent review discussions
- Monitor HR trends, metrics, and compliance requirements
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements
- Strengthen employee experience and retention initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
- Must have prior experience in a Tech or IT company
- Minimum of 5 years HR Business Partner experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial capacity
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
