Job Title: Senior HR Manager (Assistant Director Level) – HR Shared Services

Location: Eastwood City, Libis
Work Setup: Onsite | Shifting Schedule
Salary: PHP 150,000 – 180,000 (All-in Package)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager (Assistant Director level) to lead our HR Shared Services function. This role will oversee end-to-end HR service delivery, drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and lead a high-performing HR team within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of HR Shared Services professionals across Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations
Drive a customer-centric culture focused on collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement
Set clear performance goals, conduct reviews, and provide coaching to develop team capabilities
Oversee delivery of HR services including employee support, HRIS management, and benefits administration
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards

Optimize HR processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience
Act as escalation point for complex HR and employee relations issues
Ensure compliance with labor laws, corporate policies, and data privacy regulations
Maintain strict confidentiality and governance of employee data
Partner with HR leadership, business units, and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals
Communicate insights, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field
Minimum 10+ years of HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience
10–15 years of experience in managerial roles within HR
At least 5 years of HR Manager experience in the BPO industry (mandatory)
Strong expertise across HR functions: Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Engagement, and Compliance
Extensive knowledge of labor laws, corporate compliance, and HR governance
