Job Title: Senior HR-Legal Advisor

Location: Remote Philippines | Full-Time

About the Role:

As a Philippines-based Senior HR-Legal Advisor, you will:

- Develop and maintain country-specific HR documentation and compliance frameworks

- Conduct labor law research and standardize employment documentation

- Create resources for onboarding, performance management, disciplinary processes, and terminations

You will:

- Act as a key POC for HR Advisory (Sales & CS teams)

- Manage complex employee relations matters

- Provide Philippines labor law advisory and ensure compliance

Key Responsibilities:

*HR Documentation & Compliance*

- Develop onboarding, PIPs, disciplinary, and offboarding documentation

- Standardize HR templates (contracts, handbooks, etc.)

- Work with internal teams and external legal partners

- Maintain documentation repository

*Employee Relations & Case Management*

- Handle PIPs, disciplinary actions, investigations, terminations

- Conduct case assessments and guide on due process

- Provide advisory support and maintain documentation

*Philippines Labor Law Advisory*

- Advise on just/authorized cause terminations

- Handle DOLE compliance and statutory filings

- Support SEnA and NLRC proceedings

- Ensure 30-day notice compliance and documentation

*Training & Compliance (APAC)*

- Identify mandatory trainings across regions

- Drive training rollout and maintain records

*Process & Automation*

- Improve HR workflows and compliance processes

- Work with Product/Payroll teams for automation

Requirements:

- 810 years experience (HR Generalist or Employment Lawyer)

- Strong Philippines labor law expertise

- Experience in employee relations and case management

- Strong stakeholder management and communication

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment

Good to Have:

- Experience in EOR / global HR companies

- Multi-country HR exposure
