About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support the firm's people operations during US business hours. This role is critical in ensuring consistent HR execution, compliance, and employee support in a high-standards professional services environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles in the Delivery Center.
- Execute employee lifecycle processes including hiring, transfers, and exits.
- Validate payroll inputs and coordinate with Payroll and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
- Support performance appraisal cycles, tracking, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers during night shift operations.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee files.
- Identify recurring people issues and provide insights to HR leadership for resolution and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience in a BPO, shared services, or 24/7 operations environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Ability to work onsite on night shift with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, judgment, and professionalism.
Required Skills
Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently.

Experience in a high-standards professional services environment.
