Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, including required BPO HRBP experience
- Proven end-to-end labor and employee relations experience covering DOLE cases, administrative hearings, investigations, grievances, employee discipline, documentation, recommendations, resolution, and case closure
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, due process, HR policies, employee discipline, and compliance
- Solid experience in employee relations, engagement, performance management, retention, stakeholder partnership, and advising leaders on complex workforce issues
- Background in workforce planning, talent and succession management, organizational development, change initiatives, HR projects, and people programs
- Strong analytical, communication, coaching, consultation, conflict resolution, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Strong case management and documentation skills, with high standards of confidentiality, fairness, integrity, and professional judgment
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple sensitive cases, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities
- Willing to work onsite in Makati or Ortigas
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership
- Build strong stakeholder relationships through responsive and collaborative HR support
- Provide HR policy guidance, interpretation, and consultation to business leaders
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend people strategies and process improvements
- Advise management on workforce planning, organizational structure, succession planning, and emerging HR needs
Employee Relations, Engagement, and Retention
- Resolve employee concerns through fair, timely, and well-documented case management
- Promote positive employee relations, engagement, productivity, and retention initiatives
- Lead employee engagement, rewards, recognition, and culture-building programs
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, focus group discussions (FGDs), employee touchpoints, and exit interviews, then prepare reports with actionable recommendations
Performance Management
- Facilitate probationary and annual performance review processes
- Manage employee movements, including promotions, salary reviews, merit increases, and status changes
- Guide leaders and employees through coaching, counseling, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
Career Management and Learning & Development
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives
- Identify high-potential employees and recommend leadership development opportunities
- Partner with Learning and Development to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
Employee Discipline and Labor Relations
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and the Code of Conduct
- Advise HR leaders and managers on disciplinary actions and employee relations matters
- Conduct disciplinary learning sessions and awareness programs
- Investigate, manage, and resolve employee disciplinary cases while minimizing legal and employee relations risks
Compliance and Occupational Safety & Health
- Support workplace health and safety programs with Facilities and Administration
- Monitor workplace safety standards, reporting, employee awareness, and compliance activities
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, including DOLE, PEZA, and BOI requirements
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned
- Comply with company policies and instructions from authorized representatives
