These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We're looking for a hands-on High Voltage Electronics Engineer to join our team and play a key role in sustaining and advancing our capacitor charging power supply products. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-performance systems while collaborating with global R&D teams and driving new product introductions into manufacturing.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of cap-charger production support, ensuring stable and reliable performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, supporting test equipment and production systems
  • Perform failure analysis (FA), root cause analysis (RCA), and implement effective corrective actions
  • Lead first article evaluation (FAE) for components and PCBA, ensuring quality and readiness for production
  • Partner with global R&D teams (including Billerica) to transfer new products into manufacturing
  • Design and build test fixtures for circuit boards and system-level validation
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to successfully ramp new products into production
  • Maintain and improve technical documentation, ensuring robust and repeatable processes

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high voltage electronics engineering
  • Strong experience in high voltage capacitor charging power supply design
  • Solid understanding of power conversion topologies, including:
  • Active power factor correction (PFC)
  • Flyback, forward, and resonant converters
  • Proven ability to analyze problems, troubleshoot, and drive solutions in production environments
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Why This Role

  • Work on advanced high voltage technologies with real-world impact
  • Exposure to global R&D collaboration and product innovation
  • Opportunity to drive end-to-end product lifecycle—from development to manufacturing
  • Be part of a team that values ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
