What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Identify and engage top healthcare talent through multiple channels.

• Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination.

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs.

• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and ATS records.

• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.

• Deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 9 months of Healthcare Recruitment experience.

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment within Staffing, RPO, or Agency environments.

• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.

• Experience in client management and recruitment reporting is an added advantage.

• Exposure to international hiring (US, UK, or APAC) is a plus.

• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms and modern recruitment practices.

Location: 9th Floor, Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City, Philippines

Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Manila Time)

Work Mode: Work From Office
