Basic Salary: ₱20,000/month + 10% Commission

Kami Salon, a high-end salon brand from Malaysia, is opening its first operations in the Philippines and is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Hairstylist to join our team.

The Senior Hairstylist will be responsible for providing premium hairstyling services, delivering exceptional customer experience, and maintaining Kami Salon's high standards of quality, professionalism, and service.

• Perform professional hair services including haircutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring, treatments, and other salon services.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and hair care products.
• Deliver high-quality services consistent with Kami Salon's standards and procedures.
• Provide excellent and personalized customer service to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper organization of the workstation and salon.
• Recommend appropriate salon products and services to clients.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior hairstylists when necessary.
• Keep updated with current hairstyling trends, techniques, and treatments.
• Properly use, maintain, and care for salon tools and equipment.
• Support the team in achieving salon service and sales targets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Salon Manager or Management.

• At least 3–5 years of professional hairstyling experience, preferably in a high-end, luxury, international, or branded salon.
• Strong technical skills in haircutting, styling, coloring, hair treatments, and other professional salon services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in current hairstyling trends, techniques, and products.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about hairstyling.
• Professional appearance and good grooming.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to undergo approximately two (2) weeks of training in Malaysia in October 2026.
• Willing and able to travel to Malaysia for training.
• Willing to work six (6) days per week.
• Willing to be assigned at Glasstower, Ortigas.
• Willing to comply with Kami Salon's service standards, training requirements, policies, and procedures.
