Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineering, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Growth Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical GTM roles
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
- Proven experience designing and automating GTM workflows using Clay, HubSpot, Claude, or comparable AI platforms beyond standard use cases
- Advanced proficiency in Clay and HubSpot, including workflow architecture, automation, integrations, and system design
- Proven experience integrating AI models, APIs, and business systems to create scalable GTM and operational workflows
- Experience building AI-powered solutions for lead enrichment, lead scoring, outbound automation, CRM automation, pipeline management, sales and marketing operations, and revenue operations
- Passion for emerging AI technologies with the ability to rapidly evaluate, prototype, and implement automation solutions for business challenges
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize execution, and deliver practical, high-impact results
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered GTM workflows using Clay, HubSpot, Claude, APIs, and other automation technologies
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to integrate scalable AI solutions across sales and marketing systems
- Evaluate end-to-end go-to-market processes to identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and business outcomes
- Build and enhance ideal customer profiles (ICPs), account scoring models, intent signals, and knowledge frameworks to support smarter GTM execution
- Develop LLM-driven personalization for outbound campaigns, sales engagement, and customer-facing digital experiences
- Automate critical lead qualification, prospecting, campaign follow-ups, account expansion, and revenue operations workflows
- Research, evaluate, and rapidly prototype emerging AI models, tools, and automation technologies to implement innovative business solutions
- Continuously improve AI-enabled revenue operations by refining workflows, increasing scalability, and maximizing operational performance
