Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior Growth Lead to own the strategy and execution of organic growth initiatives across SEO, content, and technical surfaces, with a strong AI-native workflow component. This is a senior strategy + execution role responsible for end-to-end ownership of client growth outcomes (traffic, revenue, pipeline) and integrating AI (preferably Claude) into automations, pipelines, and agentic workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own client projects end-to-end: discovery → strategy → execution → measurement → iteration
- Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth initiatives across SEO, content, and technical surfaces
- Operate as a true growth owner, accountable for business outcomes (not just deliverables)
- Lead SEO and growth strategy for high-profile clients
- Drive large-scale initiatives across technical SEO, content strategy and expansion, on-page optimization, and generative/AI search visibility (GEO, LLM-driven discovery)
- Build and execute testing roadmaps to continuously improve performance
- Integrate AI (ideally Claude) into workflows: automated processes and pipelines, scalable content/research systems, agentic workflows, internal tools
- Continuously identify opportunities to use AI to improve speed, quality, and scale
- Serve as primary strategic partner to client leadership teams
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, PR, and marketing teams
- Define success metrics tied to business outcomes (traffic, revenue, pipeline)
- Build forecasts and set targets; deliver clear, data-driven reporting and insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years leading SEO or growth initiatives with a strong track record of measurable business impact (traffic, revenue, pipeline)
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, own execution end-to-end, and deliver impact independently
- Strong understanding of SEO: technical SEO, content strategy, on-page optimization, and generative/LLM search visibility (GEO)
- Active, day-to-day use of AI (preferably Claude) integrated into workflows — not just prompting, but pipelines and repeatable processes
- Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments with significant ownership in ambiguous contexts
- Experience working closely with founders or senior stakeholders as a strategic partner
- Fully fluent in English
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with health, wellness, or regulated industries
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, n8n, Make, custom Python)
- Comfort writing simple Python or JS scripts to automate workflows
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO audits, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals
