The client is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in eCommerce and fashion to lead design execution across all brand touchpoints. This role is responsible for upholding and evolving brand guidelines, producing compelling visual content, and delivering consistent, high-quality design work that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of high-impact designs for digital campaigns, website assets, social media, email marketing, and paid ads
- Uphold and champion the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels
- Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling creative concepts that drive engagement and conversion
- Collaborate closely with marketing, eCommerce, and merchandising teams to deliver on-brand assets aligned with business objectives
- Guide and review work from junior designers and freelancers, providing mentorship and feedback
- Maintain and evolve the brand style guide as the brand grows
- Oversee production of promotional graphics, product launch visuals, and storytelling content for new collections
- Stay updated on design, fashion, and eCommerce trends to continuously improve creative output
Requirements
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
- Proven experience in eCommerce, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and commercial acumen
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices for digital design
- Ability to lead projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics or video editing experience
- Knowledge of Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
- Photography direction or styling experience
