Resident360 is a full-service marketing agency specializing in branding, websites, digital marketing, and creative services for apartment communities across the country. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer based in the Philippines to join our remote team and support a steady flow of high-quality design and production work.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, fast, and dependable. You'll play a key role in creating polished marketing materials and web page designs that support our clients, sales team, and internal initiatives. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who takes pride in clean design, strong production skills, consistency, and getting work out the door accurately and on time. Part time to start can lead to full time work.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including:
- Brochures
- Flyers
- Sales decks
- Presentation materials
- Stationery
- Property collateral
- Email graphics
- Digital ads and social graphics
- Other print and digital marketing assets
- Design website pages and supporting web graphics based on established brand direction and strategic goals
- Translate creative direction into polished layouts for both print and web
- Adapt existing brand systems across multiple asset types while maintaining consistency
- Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital use
- Make revisions quickly and accurately based on team and client feedback
- Collaborate with project managers, account managers, marketers, and web team members to meet deadlines and keep projects moving
- Work out of Slack as the primary day-to-day communication channel
- Manage tasks and project updates inside Teamwork, our project management platform
- Manage multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality
- Help maintain organized source files, templates, and creative assets
- Support the sales and marketing team with visually strong, professional presentation materials
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showing both production design and polished marketing collateral
- Experience designing web pages, landing pages, or website mockups
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Figma (would be great as well)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and brand consistency
- Experience designing for both print and digital formats
- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch mistakes before final delivery
- Ability to follow creative direction while also working independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team
- Comfortable using Slack and project management tools to stay aligned and accountable
