Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This role will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital and print assets that strengthen client's brand, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience in e-commerce or retail environments, and a passion for home design, interiors, and renovation trends.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, lifestyle, home improvement, or consumer brands.
- Experience designing for web, social media, email, and digital advertising platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools.
Nice to have
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
- Experience in home, renovation, architecture, interior design, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and e-commerce best practices.
- Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms.
Work Setup (Hybrid - twice a week)
- Quezon City (Eastwood, Libis / SM North)
- South (Alabang, Muntinlupa)
- North (Clark, Pampanga)
- Candidate's are expected to have a conducive (quiet, distraction-free) dedicated workspace at home
- Equipment will be provided by the client
- Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.
