Senior Graphic Designer

FlowerStore.ph is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to help shape and elevate our brand through impactful visual design. As part of the Philippines leading online gifting platform, you'll work alongside a talented and passionate team dedicated to making gifting more thoughtful, accessible, and convenient across Southeast Asia. Supported by both local and international investors, we continue to grow and innovate—and we're looking for individuals who are ready to grow with us.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Makati City office.

What You'll Do

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative assets for digital campaigns, website enhancements, marketing materials, presentations, and other brand initiatives.
• Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging designs that align with campaign objectives and business goals.
• Review creative outputs, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior designers to maintain high design standards across the team.
• Manage multiple design requests, balancing priorities while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Contribute creative ideas that strengthen brand presence and support customer engagement, sales, and business development initiatives.
• Maintain and continuously refine the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Stay informed on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating strong branding, digital, and marketing design work.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring fellow designers is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (experience with other creative tools is an advantage).
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, branding, and user-focused visual design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain creative concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth, or startup environment where priorities may shift quickly.
