Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the development of high-quality visual assets that support marketing, sales, and brand initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury lifestyle branding, property marketing, digital design, and customer engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling creative assets that showcase resort communities, premium facilities, homeowner experiences, and the client's brand across multiple digital touchpoints.

This is a hands-on role suited to a designer who combines strategic thinking with exceptional visual execution and can confidently manage projects from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Development

• Maintain and evolve the premium visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, email, web, advertising, and presentation materials.
• Translate marketing objectives into visually engaging creative campaigns.
• Develop innovative concepts aligned with luxury lifestyle and property marketing standards.

Digital Marketing Design

Design:

• Website graphics and landing page assets
• Digital advertising creatives
• Social media campaigns
• Email marketing assets (EDMs)
• Display banners
• Online brochures and guides
• Lead generation campaign assets
• Optimize creative assets to improve engagement and conversion performance.

Property & Lifestyle Marketing

Produce visually compelling materials showcasing:

• Resort communities
• Premium facilities
• Lifestyle experiences
• Home designs
• Resident stories
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to support property launches and community promotions.

Creative Project Management

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate timelines and priorities with stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Present creative concepts and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Content & Visual Storytelling

• Create engaging visual narratives that resonate with the over-50s demographic.
• Develop campaign concepts that emphasize community, lifestyle, wellness, and luxury living.
• Support photography selection, image retouching, and visual content curation.

Design Leadership

• Provide creative guidance and mentorship to junior designers when required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative processes and workflows.
• Stay informed on the latest design trends, digital marketing innovations, AI-powered creative tools, and property marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Digital marketing campaigns
• Brand development
• Lifestyle, property, or luxury brands
• Social media and web design
• Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, & Figma
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and customer journeys.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
