Core Technical Expertise
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years managing enterprise-level Google Workspace environments
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with:
- Platform-wide configuration changes
- Application deployments
- Feature governance and controls
- Organizational Units (OUs) management
- Feature-level policy enforcement
- Service enablement and disablement
Configuration Capabilities
Ability to configure and administer Google Workspace services at:
- Tenant level
- OU level
- Group-based level
Operational Expertise
Role Responsibilities
1. Incident Management (INCs)
Typical Ticket Scenarios:
- Deleted critical Google files
- File ownership transfers
- Google Drive access issues
- Ownership changes for Docs/Sheets
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve Google Workspace-related incidents
- Recover deleted content from Google Drive and Shared Drives
- Perform ownership transfers for:
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Shared Drives
- Restore access to restricted files and folders
- Diagnose and resolve permission and sharing conflicts
- Support data recovery using Google Vault
- Document incident resolution steps thoroughly
- Escalate unresolved platform issues when necessary
2. Service Request Management (RITMs)Typical Ticket Scenarios:
- User account creation and provisioning
- License true-up requests
- Full archive and decommission requests
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and deprovision user accounts
- Assign and manage Google Workspace licenses
- Execute user offboarding, archiving, and decommissioning processes
- Perform data retention and account archival
- Maintain group memberships and access entitlements
- Support license audits and usage reviews
- Validate requests against internal policies
- Ensure SLA compliance for request fulfillment
3. Change Management (CHGs)Typical Ticket Scenarios:
- Installation of migration applications
- Enabling/disabling features (e.g., Gemini, Google Vids)
- Target audience configuration
- Workspace feature updates
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute approved platform changes following formal change management procedures
- Enable, disable, and configure Workspace features
- Install and validate third-party applications
- Implement feature rollouts based on approved schedules
- Conduct:
- Pre-change testing
- Post-change validation
- Maintain accurate documentation of all changes
- Support rollback activities when required
Additional Responsibilities- Provide support for ancillary messaging and collaboration services, including:
- Mobile device management
- Fax solutions
- Distribution list tools
- Produce and maintain technical and operational documentation
- Support release deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Work Arrangement- Hybrid setup: Onsite 2–3 days per week
- Location: Mall of Asia Business Complex
- Work Schedule: Graveyard shift aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
