What will you be doing

The Senior Talent Sourcer builds on foundational sourcing skills to proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent. This role leverages advanced search techniques, market insights, and strategic sourcing initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines and improve hiring outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilise talent mapping and proactive sourcing to identify top candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and recommend qualified profiles to recruiters.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to anticipate hiring needs and develop targeted talent pipelines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.

What are we looking for

  • Minimum of 24 years of advanced talent sourcing experience
  • Experience using Boolean and other advanced search strategies
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Solid research and sourcing skills with a thoughtful, data-informed approach
  • Able to communicate search strategies clearly and provide insights in a collaborative and respectful manner
  • Team-oriented, open to feedback, and confident in sharing ideas constructively
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable managing detailed and repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Remote work setup; first two (2) weeks require onsite presence for daily orientation and onboarding
  • The position operates on a mid-shift schedule.
