Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of HMBR orders, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Collaborate with departmental managers on department-wide initiatives and operational improvements
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal clients and cross-functional teams
- Create and manage purchase orders across multiple projects
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for Retail Specialty
- Provide training and support to new and existing Global Sourcing Coordinators as needed
PROJECT MANAGEMENT DUTIES
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage both strategic and tactical aspects of key projects, including scheduling, estimated landed costs, quality, communication, and relationship management
- Ensure project requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and delivered
- Coordinate with Logistics to track shipment status and freight costs
- Manage PO receiving and approvals, including tracker updates
- Maintain accurate records of test reports, packing lists, and certificates for all HMBR projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain the high-quality standards expected by the client and its partners
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager
